TO WHOM IS ADDRESSED BIOPTIMUM BONE?

The bone solidity is linked to the constant remodelling of its collagen armature, on which minerals (especially calcium) are crystallised. In order to have a resistant bone, other micronutriments are necessary such as magnesium, zinc, C and B vitamins. This need of micronutriments increases during adolescence, pregnancy and during the menopausal period. Only a varied and balanced diet can be a source of nutritional balance. However, to compensate the nutritional deficiency, a supplementation in specific vitamins in minerals can be considered.

Eat fat fish, especially sardines, also seashells, meat, liver and eggs.

Eat complete cereals, fruits and vegetables, especially bananas, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce.

Do not miss a meal.

Avoid sweets between meals.

Avoid aggressive cooking, as it alters, especially fried food.

Concerning the use of oil: for the cooking, olive or groundnut oil, but it is best to eat steam food. For salad sauces: olive, nut or colza oil (do not cook)

Avoid excess of coffee, salt and alcohol.
