Sun exposition is also a pleasure and presents beneficial effects for health, such as an increase of synthesis and D vitamins, essential for bones and teeth formation and consolidation. Moreover, a slight suntan gives the skin a better aspect.

However, over a certain dose of UV rays, sun exposition leads to the formation of aggressive molecules; free radicals. These free radicals destroy the fatty acids of cutanous cell membranes.  Furthermore, the struggle against these free radicals makes us overuse elements that protect our skin: antioxidant.
